Privacy notice.
This notice covers the launch-update signup on ambivalent.dev, operated by Ambivalent Co.
What we collect
When you sign up, we store your email address, the date of signup, and the version of the notice you agreed to. Your IP address is used transiently to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored in our signup database.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send news about the development and launch of our companion AI. Signing up is optional. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Our website and signup database run on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf and may process it outside your country. We keep signup information while the launch-update list is active, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent and request deletion by replying to any launch-update email. Every launch-update email will include a way to unsubscribe.
